Elle’s purpose is to help empower people in their personal growth and relationship with self. Combining the power of sound with a love of movement, yoga, dance, art and mindfulness. Elle teaches a wider understanding of ancient practices and appreciation of well-being and self-love. Uplifting each of us to be guided by connection, compassion, and consciousness.

Elle blends elements of sound, movement, breath and touch to allow community to softly open, deepen and be present with their individual experience. She has a gentle approach, encouraging compassionate self acceptance through curiosity and self enquiry.
Starting her Sound Medicine Journey 5 years ago during her travels around India and Nepal, in combination with 8 years practicing/ 5 years teaching Yoga and Meditation, and harnessing a lifetime of experience in dance, music, singing and art, Elle has created a unique approach of Somatic therapy. Facilitating Sound Baths, Yoga Classes and Somatic Ceremonies combines her experience as an artist, her diverse studies in ancient practices, and a belief that deep listening and grounding allows us to access improved clarity, expansive creativity and a greater love for human connection.
Elle has always been hypnotised by movement, music and art. She has combined her history of professional dancing, dance training and love of movement with her journey of self connection, love for slowing down into herself and expanding an understanding for all of life. Using a combination of her teachings and experiences into her offerings with spiritual, metaphysical and psychological tools, working and healing within the self-development realm for half a decade. She travels the world holding Sound Baths, Yoga classes, Movement workshops and Ceremonies, currently residing in Brighton & Hove, UK.

Elle is a certified Sound Healer, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Dance & Body Movement Professional.
